Salesman was great - answered all my questions. Price was within my range I had set to spend. Selection of products was to choose from was really wide and varied. Installers were professional - very polite and courteous. They did a great job of moving furniture and putting back exactly where you wanted it. All accomplished in one day. Thank you.

The installers arrived and started working immediately. During the installation it was noted that the product I had purchased (Gunstock) was different shades and it wasn't fitting together correctly. The main office said to pull it and they will order another batch, come to find out that, that particular batch was defective. So the main office authorized to install a much more expensive and better product at no cost to me. I will always use EMPIRE for my flooring needs, I have NO complaints.

Salesman was very precise and helpful since my existing Empire flooring was discontinued color. He helped me decide on the new floor color with a series of pics over the phone. The colors do not match my existing floor, but I'm ok with that, it's still beautiful

Was unhappy gonna cancel but when I called and spoke to sales management, He was able to adjust some more floor and a better price . Very satisfied

The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable re: the products. He was able to accommodate my timetable for installation. The installers were on time, professional, and had an incredible attention to detail. I appreciated that they were not trying to rush through the job, but took their time to install the carpet properly.

I was very skeptical about using Empire Today. I thought it would be lower quality carpeting. Turns out this was the best decision that my husband and I could have made. From making the appointment to the day it was installed, was the easiest process I ever had. The salesperson was very helpful and very professional. The installer was professional and very quick. I would and have recommended Empire Today to everyone I know. Thank you for a job well done.
