We had both carpet and hardwood installed. From our salesperson to the crew to the customer service department ... all top-notch. Three bedrooms were carpeted and the hardwood in the hallway. Next day service is amazing. Carpet was installed with no problems. Hardwood flooring had a couple issues that were noted after the crew left, but after a call to customer service, the repairs were made the following day. Hardworking crews and treated us and our home with respect.

Everyone worked together with me and my needs and provided me with all I needed to make a fully informed decision. As a matter of fact I will have them out again to do my wood floors. I recommend Empire for all your flooring needs.

My personal experience was awesome with Empire. From the estimate to the installation everything went very smooth. I did recommend to my family, where they did not have such a great experience, so I probably won't be recommending it out often, Only when people see the carpet.

I would recommend Empire to anyone. The shopping experience was excellent from the salesperson to the installers. I received nothing but kindness and professionalism from the time the first person entered my home until the last person left. Most of all, my floors look fantastic!

The salesman who came out to the house was courteous and professional. The scheduling of delivery and installation was adhered to. The installation team was extremely hardworking and professional and did a superlative job. There were NO glitches in the entire transaction and installation process.
